Android widget that creates shortcuts to g+ hangouts

The end result of this project, if possible, would be an app or widget that can create one-touch shortcuts on the Home Screen or that would create/invite a person or group to a g+ hangout. Basically allowing one-touch ability to video chat with someone or a group of people. The widget should have the ability to add/edit people. I would like for the icon to be the person's G+ profile photo (or group icon) and show a smaller icon in the upper-right corner, showing their availability. I think that there should be be long press function on the icons inside the widget. That way people can be removed or more people added or title changed, etc... All-in-all I think its a pretty straight forward app/widget. Please let me know if you have any questions.
