Copy paste text+image functionality similar to GMail

I am looking for a functionality similar to GMail where one can copy and paste image in compose email window. The image gets uploaded in the background to the server. I should be able to copy n paste data from MS Word, PDF, equation editor and any other software and CTRL+V in the editor window to see the image. The copied data may have text as well as image. The image should be uploaded to our server at predefined location. The FREE/paid online editors available have two step functionality where one needs to upload the image separately and then add to the editor window. I will need the source code that I can integrate in our project.
