CSS button tags

This is a test project. I am looking for good devs willing to learn new skills and techniques. We have a current site that seems to have had its CSS generated. The result is that the CSS is produced for every element and not reused. One such element is buttons. I need CSS buttons which can be used for navigation (standard anchor) and or to submit forms. The look and feel should be identical. This button needs to used by a tag i.e. . The technology behind the tag could be plain old CSS/html but you will get a bonus if you integrate twitter bootstrap (hint: this should actually make things easier). Parameters for the tag should include at a minimum id (to uniquely identify the button element) title (which will appear in the button) initialState (i.e. enabled / disabled) To complete this project you will also need to setup your dev environment so that you can run and test the app. Java, Tomcat, MySQL Our test suite also used Firefox for automation tests. You will need to learn some new skills with regard to testing your work using a combination of Unit, Unit Integration, FitNesse, and Jasmine
