Craigslist Marketing (Gather leads, send emails, only to people who meet our keywords)

I need someone who is capable of scanning Craigslist and sending emails to potential clients who meet our keyword criteria. We buy and sell video game accounts so some of the things searched would be; World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Clash of Clans, Diablo 3, DOTA 2, Final Fantasy XIV, Boom Beach, Hearthstone. You will be responsible for making your own emails to send (we will provide you with the actual text) but you will need to know how to avoid CL's system where they auto block your emails sent.
