Coding needed to link a complex questionnaire to 32 possible results pages. Some tweaking on questionnaires also.

On my website I have 3 temperament questionnaires (similar to the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). The questionnaires were done in Dreamweaver and consist of 76 questions in four categories, with two alternatives in each catgory. There is one type of form for children and another for adults resulting in 32 different feedback forms (16 for adults and 16 for children). Dreamweaver's Formtodatabase has been used to set up tables for each form and so send out a simple confirmation form. Each questjion is a two alternative item that must be answered. Alternatives are linked to either +1 or -1 for each individual score, and then totalled using Dreamweaver's Calculated Fields extension. So, I need coding to change the simple confirmation form to the appropriate feedback form. Also, the Dreamweaver validation form that I used is not adequate and needs to be changed. Finally, although all of these elements are working fine in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, the Calculated Fields does not work at all in Safari. I have no clue as to why.
