Assist with Project Management

We are looking for a supporting Campaign/project manager for our team. Candidate should have strong project management experience and available during Sydney, Australia working hours. Not required to be in-office, this role can be done virtually, paid hourly at ~20-30 hours per week. More information below: As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be an integral member of the digital operations team for our Sydney and Singapore teams. Your primary role is to set up, manage and report on digital marketing campaigns and be the key contact for the agencies and clients we serve, in all operations matters. You will also be expected to collaborate with the Sales team on various accounts in growing value, together. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Head Project Manager. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ➢ Liaising digital advertising/marketing production - Working with contractors to brief in digital projects with creative direction - Ensuring all goals requirements are met ➢ Post-sales communications with clients directly about: - Product specifications and requirements. 
 - Managing timelines and deliverables around campaigns. 
 ➢ Live campaign performance. 
Client servicing & Sales support: 
 - Preparing detailed reports and presentations on a regular basis. 
 - Assist in setting up Insertion Orders 
 - Consulting on metrics and identifying opportunities to be passed to Sales for 
communication management and/or upselling. 
 - Develop strong understanding of all products and their related success metrics. 
 - Support Sales by providing all campaign information in a timely manner. 
 ➢ Campaign success management - Confirm that all orders are processed correctly on all CRM systems. 
 - Communicate closely with wider operations team on a daily basis. 
 - Communicate with Rombii partners as and when needed. 
 - Manage and implement campaign assets in a timely and accurate manner. 
 - Identify and suggest improvements where any gaps are observed. 
 Prior experience in using tools like Wrike, Salesforce, Hubspot, DFP, Microsoft excel not a must, but will be a bonus.
