Create An Adsense Website (Using WordPress) That Will Generate At Least £15 Per Day, Every Day

I'm seeking a VERY experienced professional that is a RELIABLE Google Adsense website creator and is able to create an Adsense site that must generate at least £15 per day, preferably an average of £20+ per day. You will be responsible for writing unique SEO optimized content, complete configuration of the website. Website must be developed using WordPress, with a good design. I have many of the WooThemes and StudioPress themes which you can use. As a bonus for good work, I will give away 5 of your favorite premium WooThemes / StudioPress themes for good work, worth $70 each. TERMS - The first milestone will only be paid when the bellow terms are true: - All terms bellow have been met successfully. - I see constant income of at least £15 per day in my Adsense account. - I receive my first payment of minimum £200 from Google Adsense. - If my account gets blocked by Google then I will never release your payment. - The rest will be payed 35 days later (to allow for second cheque). However I will probably pay you the full amount straight after I receive the first cheque because the amount made should be MORE THAN ENOUGH to cover the costs. Think about it. If it takes 45 days to receive the cheque and I make £15 a day, multiply 45 by 15 and that is MORE THAN ENOUGH to cover the costs. More Terms: - Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating money long term. - The website MUST be original content and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently. The website must pass premium copyscape. NO SPUN CONTENT WHATSOEVER. - You MUST follow Google Adsense rules and regulations. - Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. - Strictly no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services. - NO Black Hat or GREY HAT techniques. Only ethical, WHITE hat techniques. - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on the website. - The keywords for which the website generates traffic should be ranked WELL in the Google SERPS - No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules. - The site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST £15 GBP per day (minimum of 2-3 months). The website should carry on making a reasonable amount of money per day for at least a year. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads. - Must Be Adsense optimized. - SITE MUST BE AUTO UP TO DATE. You will make necessary changes to the website when you feel they are needed. Only reply if you have prior experience in such websites that make money with Google Adsense, as the first milestone will only be payed once I receive the first cheque from Google. If the website makes £15-25+ per day, then the earnings will be enough to cover the costs and I will release 100% of the payment after I receive the first cheque. Please show me some of your previous website/blogs that are similar to this project. I will pay for hosting and a domain, whichever one you advise me to get. I will have a Google Adsense account set up for the site so I can track the clicks accurately. The site should require minimal maintenance on my end.
