Client Service Assistant

THE PERSON- ------------------- + MUST BE Hard Working + MUST BE very well spoken and polite + You will be required to work between 6 Hours and 8 Hours per day. + You MUST have a good internet connection, and broadband. REQUIRED SKILLS- ------------------ + Good experience in internet marketing is a must. + Marketing Assistants must be aware of all aspects of film campaigns, in order to support the Marketing team and other colleagues. + Organisational and planning skills, combined with creativity and adaptability, are crucial. + As campaigns may change at short notice, Marketing Assistants should be able to respond quickly and efficiently to changing needs. + They must be aware of the responsibilities of other members of the team, in order to contribute to the continuity of the campaign, and to the achievement of its goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- ------------------- + Assisting Sales/Marketing Manager for sales steams for Our Company. These tasks are to cover all three of Golden Contact's departments, Software (Including Web and Design), Hardware, and Consultancy. + Assisting Sales Manager in day to day activities, research, communication, etc + You will need to have a strong understanding of marketing processes in a company. Enthusiasm and a desire to learn what makes companies successful is very important in this role. Commitment to gaining the ability to create successful business is also very important. + In regards to Hardware these tasks are including but not limited to the maintenance of online accounts such as ebay, ebid, amazon, [login to view URL] including effective and regular promotion of products and services. Maintenance of sales focused components of website as described. + Maintenance/Updating CRM software, accounts, contacts, leads opportunities and reporting and advising upon strategies. + In regards to Software (Including Web and Design) these tasks are including but not limited to the maintenance of online accounts such as Freelancer.com, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], including effective and regular application to positions, and effective conversion of bids to closed sales. + Learning and Understanding all products and services offered by GC and being able to relay this for clients and customers. Make sure all leads are followed up and take responsibility for increasing streams of sales leads further than CRM.
