Advanced comprehensive link building program

Hi, I wish to have an advanced link building program for my website including: - Article writing & submission - Blog post writing & submission - Paul and Angela Profile creation - Social bookmarking entries - Wikipedia articles & links - Classified Ads - Press release writing & submission - Squidoo - Yahoo questions & answers - Link Wheel - Blog roll links - links on tripadvisor - links on virtualtourist It will be important to write at least a few different press releases and articles, I dont want just the one article published in lots of locations. Ideally there should be at least 10 different articles/press releases. I want to try a couple of companies first before I decide on a company to use on a monthly basis. Please submit your link writing plans so that I can choose an appropriate plan. If you do a good job then I may be willing to sign up for monthly link building. My initial budget is up to $400, then there may be an opportunity for up to $250 on a monthly basis (for the company that does the best job on the initial work). Thanks.
