A very simple game for iPhone/Android/Windows mobile - repost

In this game, there are 5 levels. In each level, there is a database from which questions are drawn from randomly, and no question is drawn more than once in the same game. The user answers yes, no, or ignore. In level x, if there are x # of yes, then the user reaches the next level. (If x # of no, then the user reaches the previous level). I want to be able to add or remove questions to the database online whenever I wish. That's it. In your bid, please include the answer to 2+2 so that I know you actually read this.
