Create entry animations for 7 SVG image files

We have 7 SVG images we would like animated. The animation is on display only and is not meant to repeat or restart. Basically as the client scrolls down the page and the SVG enters the field of view it starts to animate. We have build detailed story boards for each image. Storyboards are provided in illustrator format but can be provided in PDF if required. Animations are simple \"draw\", \"fade\" \"move\" requests which should be easy to code. **IMPORTANT** we require that these animations are coded within the SVG file, they must not require any supporting java or other script to run. If you believe this can not be done please advise the script you would intend to use as you will need to insert the script in our HTML files as well if you can not code it directly in the SVG. To help you estimate the work here is a list of the files and number of story boards per image: 1) advice process- 6 boards 2) fee process - 4 boards 3) insurance - 3 boards 4) investment figures - 3 boards 5) investment philosophy - 4 boards 6) lifestages - 6 boards 7) stakeholder - 4 boards We have provided specific timings for all items but may need to alter these if they appear to quickly or to slowly.
