I can do it in 1920x1080 60 FPS, the result will be a secuence of TIFF images with no compresion and transparence, almost 30mb to 60mb per frame. I can send it privately by Mega. The animation is capable to be done with Anime Studio Pro and the lip-synch with Papagayo.
