Convert a PSD file to an Ontraport Email Template

I am looking for someone who can convert a psd file that we have created into an Ontraport template. Particularly, so that we can insert it in as a template & the client can add and change the photos and content each month. In your application please outline - What previous experience you have had with the Ontraport platform - How you will code this so that they can re-use it as a template in Ontraport - How long you estimate the project will take. The psd file is ready to go as soon as the project is awarded. I have attached a png to give you an idea of what it looks like.
