Project for a conference webpage

It must have:
A chat area for until 20 users
A conference area with video and audio for 2 users.
The users will access de conference webpage through a link in our web site. The link will contain the following information:
- ID: User number
- Name: User name
- Status: The level of access the user will have for the commands of the page (participant (1) or coordinator (2))
- Confirmation: A security number that will confirm the authenticity of the link
- Information: information about the event being held in the conference webpage (logo image, area, schedule, article, author, etc)

Conference area commands:
1) Situation: When there is none user in the audio/video windows:
Command: "Ask microphone" will allow the user to use the first audio/video window.
After clicking It will show the command: "You are online, click here to stop audio / video"
2) Situation: When there is 1 user in the audio/video windows:
Command: "Ask microphone" will allow the user to use the second audio/video window.
After clicking it will show the command: "You are online, click here to stop audio / video"
3) Situation: When there are 2 user in both audio/video windows:
Command: "Ask microphone" will put the user in the waiting list for the audio/video window
After clicking it will show the command: "You are the first (second, third…) in the waiting list for the audio/ video window, to give up click here"
4) Situation: A coordinator wants to interrupt the audio/video of an online user.
Command: "As a coordinator you can interrupt an audio/video online user, choose an user"
5) Situation: When there are 2 user in both audio/video windows and some other user is in the waiting list
A message will appear: “User(s) waiting to use the audio/video window: Juvenal Claro, Pedro Mane”
Video presentation: There will be a link for some video presentations that the users will be able to access.
The link for the presentation will have to be enabled by a user with coordinator status, he will have the option to choose the video presentation and when it will start.
A link with the name and time of the presentation will appear to all users
The page must have the possibity to be used in other languages then English
