CSS(SASS) adjustments for backwards compatibility with older browsers

Make [login to view URL] compatible with following older browsers up to their current versions: IE 9 Firefox 35 Chrome 39 Safari 8 iOS Safari 7.1 Android Browser 4.3 Chrome for Android 40 UC Browser for Android 9.9 Styles are written in SASS. Web owners are very particular about spacing, font-sizes etc. so the current styles shall not be changed. A few pixel differences are allowed in older browsers. Web is built in Concrete5 CMS. If the html output needs to be changed in the theme (f.e. adding some classes), I can help with that. At the end I need screenshots from different page types in different browsers and different versions. An access to a test server will be provided. If this task goes well, there will be more sites to adjust.
