CSS Guru needed - Grid framework for single HTML page (5 Sections)

Hi Designers! I’m looking for a talented CSS Sorcerer/ess to make one HTML page for me using some CSS styling magic. I need 5 ‘sections’ (by sections I mean each full screen section of a vertically scrolled website). << Please refer to the document attached for the blueprint. I need the pages to reflect the tables as outlined in the document. Please note that each table in the document assumes that the table is scaled to 100% of the width and height of the screen. >> The ‘sections’ do not have to have any graphics or design; I just need the grid to be created in CSS for each ‘page’ specified so I can easily add Text and images into each column on the HTML page. Any kind of border or background colour coding would be appreciated (but not necessary) so I can see where to input data. As far as I know, the easiest way to create this is to work off something like this Grid system: [login to view URL] The most important part is to make the percentages work as this will be used for a Responsive layout. BONUS (optional): If you can make each page conform to a Vertical Scroller (see link: [login to view URL]) I will pay extra money. Give me a quote on top of the initial offer and I will consider it. This feature is optional, the grid system for each page is more important though.
