CAR PARK TOUR

I'm looking for someone who can create a website based on the anex file. It's a one page website, no text, based on a image table, and few animations. It is a reversed website (scroll up), and the different images along the page will turn upside down (to a normal position) everytime a mouse passes over them. The button you see on the right, is based on this website: [login to view URL] But the depth will be calculated when you scroll up, instead of scrolling down. Photoshop layered file will be provided. Urgent 2/3 hour deadline.
