Adjust display of navigation when accessed on mobile viewport

Right if you look at the navigation of this page on a narrow viewport (under 350px) [login to view URL] you will see that the menu icon is underneath the search box. What I would like is for the responsive menu button to appear at the very top of the page, to the right of the logo. I am attaching a screenshot of what it should look like. The page should look the same as it does now on viewport size above 769px wide. I am uploading an image to show you what I would like it to look like. You should work from the code you see on this page, and come up with the solution. I cannot grant you FTP access, so just grab all necessary code from the web page, then send me the corrected files, or upload them online somewhere so I can see the new functionality.

Hi Do you want to get the menu at the top for screen size below 350px only or for all mobile devices? Please clarify. I believe its possible and for the solution; if you can't hand over the ftp or cpanel access then i will provide you the exact code to be added on the particular file for you. Not a big job and can be accomplished easily as i am a microsoft certified professional for css, you can check my portfolio for the same. Looking forward to hear from your side :) Regards
