DNS, IP, Hosting & email. Manange multiple accounts for web developer

Looking for a go to person to 'just deal' with domain/hosting/DNS/email/IP issues for a web development company with 100 plus clients. I need a USA / Canada based person who can 'just do it' as the client requests come in. The 3 most important things qualities I am look for are - USA/ Canada based - Accuracy & Attention to detail. I would rather pay more for quality work and hire long term.. - Availability - when hosting an email issues happen they are always urgent and rarely convenient. The websites are currently hosted on many different hosting providers. I am in the process of moving them all to one provider. - move html sites - move wordpress sites - reset the emails - move the domains - upgrade wordpress installations - general .non design, non coding' maintenance work Looking for a go to person to just deal with hosting issues on an ongoing basis. NOT NOT NOT looking for someone who wants to host my stuff on your account. NOT NOT NOT looking for offshore. I need you to be able to talk to the companies here as needed. I want to pay you to manage my the domain, hosting and email issues around the websites we build..If we work together well this will be ongoing work - manage every part of the hosting issues leaving me free to work on design and coding. I am a loyal employer who is polite to work with. I have been in tech forever so I 'get it' when there are real issues. You will get the best response if you let me know that you read this and understood it, and tell me a little about similar work you have done. I do not respond well to canned answers telling me you have many people who are all skilled in general things. Thanks!
