Dashboard for managing RoR applications

Complete set of skills needed: Ruby on Rails, Javascript, HTML, Git, PostgreSQL, CoffeeScript, SASS, Github. We are developing a software for helping companies in one particular industry to manage their business. Each of our customers will have their own Heroku application in order to keep the data separated for each of them. The application that manages the businesses is almost ready. As part of this application, we need a Heroku application that would manage other Heroku applications: start new one / turn existing ones on and off. The authentication in the admin app would be done through the HTTP basic authentication. The ideal developer would be someone who is looking for a long term project. We're looking for someone to phase in as the current developer reduces his participation. The current project is nearing completion. Once the alpha period is complete we’ll also start developing a new application for a different division. The current programmer will assist you in getting used with the application and help you with answers to your questions. We are using Github in order to version the source code so git experience is a key point.
