1. Need three field in a plain HTML form where user will manually enter the Document Number, Document Date and then will click on QR Code image, system will scan the QR Code and will display the value of read QR code against Product Field 2. On Click on OK button, system will save the data in Access database. 3. the above program should be in HTML Java script. 4. The program needs to run in chrome on ios (iphone and ipad), android and windows based mobile phones.
