Create Simple HTML/CSS Design (Interactive consultation)

I need a competent person to work with me on making minor adjustments to a single HTML and CSS file. The work should take no more than 30 minutes. It may take as little as 15 minutes if the freelancer is good and has proper equipment and software. I am very busy and do not have time to waste. Expertise, proper software and solid network access are required. Communication must be done live via Skype and the work must be demonstrated in real time via the web.
