Build an Online Store -- 2

Hi Freelancers, I am looking to employ you to create a p2p or b2c eCommerce website - from start to end product. This will be a marketplace - i will NOT be selling anything. To the freelancer, - Only bid if you are fluent in English as i would like to keep you employed when the website gains clients/traffic - be it email support to the client or website development. - Freelancer must be able to code from scratch as its a totally new idea, so do not bid if you are intending on using an existing theme or template. - Freelancer must send a personal 'proposal' on how they would implement this website. (Do not copy and paste a portfolio as you will be ignored) Specifications of website at a glance - simple, funky worded logo - search box with drop down categories - fixed categories to the left on the front page - 10 'top' adverts/listing to the right hand side of the categories for sellers whom choose to promote their stock - below top adverts/listings a advert/listings layout with the following... - adverts/listings name (with picture)/seller rating/price and a 'sort by' - highest price - lowest price etc... - create an attractive footer with all the essentials and the additional pages for them, example - FAQ - register/log in at the home page top with all the relevant pages - seller & buyer profiles/shops with ratings and adverts/listings - shopping cart and integrated gateway. EFT details, deposit details, visa, master card and PayPal. - the website will take a 1% commission from the seller, only after the item is SOLD. - a page for seller to create a listing/advert , (their will only be one option of selling - this page must look like a simple graphic tutorial also) - main categories on the home page will have subcategories with more subcategories. it must be click able and not an expandable menu which opens to the relevant subcategory page. example 'electronics' to 't.v.' to '32inch t.v'. - Each subcategory will have 10 'featured' adverts/listing for sellers whom choose to promote there stock. - a back end platform to monitor all sales,sellers and buyers & adverts/listings - any suggestions? - i am sure i have left something out as i am not the expert here, you are :) so when bidding please note there will be additional work if needed.
