Add Cascade Style Sheet (CSS) to an existing android Dictionary app

This is a low level budget project. please only bid if you had already done similar work before so it wont take you much time. I have already built this dictionary [login to view URL] and everything is working fine, including the font format and colour. but I had to embed the colour and font into the Sqlite database as shown in figure named "css_before" (see the attached figure. my tags are for example <tag_etym> #B28F6B <tag_keyword> #21201F <tag_bullet> #404016 <tag_def> Black <tag_ex> #006221 <tag_trad> #0099FF <tag_syn> #B28F6B <tag_syn_font> #666699 Now what do I want? 1) a simple script that will be able to import the Excel sheet database into Sqlite database (see the sheet named "Dictionary_for_Sqlite" in the attached Excel file) 2) a simple css (Cascade Style Sheet) script that will recognise all my tags definitions (in html for example) 3) then using Eclipse, write the android code that will display the dictionary just like what you see in the above video and in the attached figure named "[login to view URL]". I will provide the android source code.
