Build a Web app

I need someone to create a webapp for a study, preferably in node.js and mongodb. The app will test users' abilities to find objects on images from clicks that get sent to the database. It will have two modes, timed and nontimed. I included images of what those modes would generally look like. The doc file has the general workflow for those two modes. Also included a mode for the moderator that defines regions on the image. A general idea map is also included to help guide the general architecture of the site (of course I leave this to the experts). Branding is not necessary. It will allow users to login using their institution information through an API. A separate frontend would also be requested (although not crucial at this time) that displays an image and a multiple choice question on the left. It will track user clicks as well on the image.
