I currently have a dating website. I am looking to create various membership level and make the website more user friendly at the fronted and backend. I would like to customize the site, so that I can view new users from the backend by gender,registration date. I also want to send mass emails to the users.

This may be better done on an hourly basis as it's very difficult to quantify and come up with a fixed cost. We will provide you the resources needed at a flat rate of $25/hour. We will bill you for 20 hours at the start. If and when the 20 hours are exhausted, we will alert you and bill you for 10 more and so on. This way we don't have to guess and you don't have to guess. You only pay for the actual hours worked. Would that work for you?
