build apps for android and apple

I would like to build a few apps in gamesalad and unity3d I would like to have knowledge in unity3d if you don't have knowledge in gamesalad that fine it takes less that 10 minutes to learn the program I also need you to know graphic designing too you don't have too me the greatest in the world all I ask is to have creative thoughts and designs I would like to give you 50% of the company and Profits how I pay you due to not being able o work at this current time i can pay you I thought though by giving you 50% of ownership to everything we build together and the profits this wouldn't have any harm on you
