Design a web application U.I. of my web application using a U.I. kit and forms.

I need the specification developed into a web application prototype by Wednesday. I have a U.I kit I bought to use as well as Bootstrap forms. I need a talented designer who can optimize my design and convert som if not all of the files into HTML for CF in 20 hours from now. The functions are all laid in detail through the tutorials. I want a modern design with the same function but different layout.
