1. Project description We create a medical web application (complex website) and need a freelancer to design the user Front-End. We will provide the rough design structure with mockups for the 17 screens. So it means that the freelancer has to : 1) First design the 17 screens from our mockups in PSD 2) After validation from our side, the freelancer has to create an HTML/CSS template for each designed component in PSD (Tables, buttons, lists, titles, etc.). The components may be created with bootstrap. Ask us first if you want to use other librairies. Its important that the CSS is well documented with examples for each functionality/bouton. Further, we want a freelancer that is creative and propose nice solutions that are not 1 to 1 to what we made in our mockups. He/She is encourage to give his/her opinion! Finally, we keep the project confidential and that is the reason why we do not wish to show the mockups before choosing a freelancer. The freelancer will not be able to communicate about the project. A NDA will be signed. Furthermore, and we insist on this point, the freelancer will not be authorized to resell the resources developed and designed for the project to third person. 3. What you can win by executing an amazing and perfect job! We want to create a long lasting relationship with the freelancer. If the freelancer does an amazing job, in time and respects all the conditions, we would consider to give more work for later development on this and/or other projects we have. Further we look for a partner in Romania, because we will establish a company there and will need some local workforce. Note also that if we consider the delivered result excellent, a bonus corresponding up to 25% of the overall project cost will be given. So for example, if the price is 500.-, a 25% bonus (125.-) will be given. If you are not sure to be able to deliver the work, do not make an offer! Do not hesitate to ask for more details.
