Design project

I need some graphic design. I intend to print a clear and perfect counterfeit 50000/- paper money note of my country (Uganda) . I would like it to look look so perfect and hard to detect. I would like to send u a copy of the note that I would like to have printed. If printed and it looks perfect, I intend to make a printing order contract of about 500 notes of 50000/- per month. I therefore would like to get in touch with an expert in paper money design and printing. For the one 50000/- note sample I intend to pay the designer 50$. Other details to be discussed with the designer. Thanks
