Design our startup's mainframe

To whom this may concern, we are a very new and innovative start up company seeking a web developer who can translate complex business logic to a web based company mainframe/management software for our internal use. This web based software will act as a intra-net and be the backend of a front end public website/service based company. The goal is to make it like a dashboard, easy to use with features such as, email, clients, account profiles, invoices, calendar, forms, legal info, finances, etc... We are seeking someone to join us full or part time in order to make our dreams into reality... Please KEEP IN MIND, we are a Start Up... This means we have little money, we are young adults, boot strapping, barely eating, surviving off coffee to make the next biggest thing... We will pay as much or often as we can but be please aware that you must be committed to work and be under payed or wait to be payed when the time comes... I am sure as a web developer you get asked all the time for free services, how about we talk and I share our vision for the company... One phone call and you will be ready to work full time for us.
