Design (not code) a website landing page

The landing page of a website needs to be redesigned. A rough sketch (drawn on paper) of what we are looking for will be given. I don't need the page coded as of now. I need the raw/Photoshop file along with a PDF. The task is urgent and please apply only if you can deliver this in the next 6-8 hours.
