Design into Customized Wordpress Website

I have a design completed in PSD format. Website needs to be coded/sliced into a customized wordpress. The site must be fully functional, easy to edit and the wordpress back end needs to be customized a bit. I just don't want the CMS to show "Word Press" everywhere... The login screen must have a logo I'll provide and the entire website/CMS needs to be secure. The website MUST be responsive. A few changes will need to be made to the websites design (current banner needs to be replaced with a new one which I have the PSD file for, some changes to the form questions in the contact us page and quote page) - The entire website must be 100% fully functional, responsive, some changes to design will need to be adjusted, backend of wordpress customized a bit, website must be secure, there are 2 form pages a contact page and quick quote page those must be 100% functional. This is a pretty basic website and I'll provide a current link of the website as I had another coder almost finish it but I wasn't happy with his work, the took WAY to long to finish so I paid them out and need someone who is professional and can complete this project on TIME. I'm hoping to have the site completed in 1-2 days as it's a very basic website. I've had over 200 websites made and I think this is a reasonable request. Again 1-2 days is preferred. If site is done to my liking and on time you will have my future business!
