Design a drag and drop web application

Design a drag and drop web application like the sample using eighter HTML5 or JQERY (provide all source code) [See the attached file for the structure and to get a better view of what is needed] • Drag and drop exactly 3 icons in the 3 boxes (any icon can go in any box) • When an icon is in the box do not allow other icon to be in the same box (on top of the previous) • Reset button brings the page on initial state with all boxes empty • When the 3 boxes are filled with icons, then show the submit button. • By submitting the page should passed 3 values of the corresponding icons (i.e. values 1, 3, 5 mean that the user had selected icons 1, 3 and 5) • When all boxes are full and user attempts to • Suggest a better method for icons position (now are absolute positions) I guess it is possible to design in a more responsive way • Test and work on every browser Additional part • Fit the screen – When the screen is not big enough to fit whole content resize div with main images and icon to much exactly screen size and need NO scroll. I’m more interested on this behavior for use in tablets and phones.
