Our company needs a website that functions exactly the same as [login to view URL] Our website will connect customers/user and owners of specific industry. WEBSITE DETAILS: - allow users to rate business - allow users to complain/negotiate with business - allow business to certify itself on the website - rating system A+ to F like [login to view URL] - exact backend/front end design functions as [login to view URL] Color scheme will need to be merged with the logo. (attached) - Require designer to make site fully functioning - Require site to be easily admin/edit - Require 3 months edits/support - Require designed who can self manage with little info and supervision
