Context: We're looking to enroll a freelancing designer for an aggressive BTL campaign across colleges in Delhi/NCR to communicate and strengthen our positioning of ADAPTIVE Preparation through a series of smart, youthful posters that highlight ADAPTIVE Preparation as the new-age, efficient and effective way to prepare for CAT. Requirement: Print Designs- Series of 11”x17” Posters in MBAGuru standard colours Brief for the Posters a. Insight We believe that the traditional MBA coaching for MBA Test Prep is History. Doing something which everyone does, cannot really give the student an advantage, but can just put him/her at ceteris paribus. Hence the purpose with which a student enrolls for MBA Test Prep is not getting fulfilled. The solution is to go a step ahead, that’s to do Adaptive Preparation (AdPrep), which gives the student improvement tools as per his/her needs to increase his or her chances of success. We have served 1000’s of students successfully through AdPrep in the last 3 years (we have been in the business for 12 years now) Note: Here we’re speaking of being game-changers/ or bringing about another level of Advancement in the industry. AdPrep is a new and advanced category in CAT preparation and will be a superset of traditional coaching. Some Ideas: • An obituary of Traditional CAT Preparation with a tombstone • Comparing Traditional CAT Preparation (one-size-fits-all) with ADAPTIVE (according to your needs) at a broad level • Before you choose a CAT Coaching, Choose the methodology (depicting all Traditional Coaching Brands on one side and ADAPTIVE Prep on the other) • The purpose is the same, but is the experience and effectiveness the same? (Example: Both a buggy and an SUV are used for travelling – which would you rather be in/on) • An objective comparison of Traditional CAT Coaching along important parameters • A series of Student Feedback posters with pictures • Research shows that an average CAT aspirant spends more time in choosing a shirt to wear than which coaching to join • You can follow the crowd or Chose to be (with) the leader • Experience ADAPTIVE Prep (through a SWOT session) Can start with any one idea for now & build as we go along. MBAGuru wants to spread its position as leaders in Adaptive Preparation. b. Objective To introduce Adaptive Learning and position it in the mind of the TA as an advancement to their test prep / the only way to surge ahead to achieve one’s goal To place our brand MBAGuru, as synonymous with Adaptive Preparation for CAT/MBA exams c. The Challenge We are an old brand & currently No.2 in Delhi (in terms of numbers) but the gap between the awareness of our brand and that of the No.1 is huge. So, the challenge is to present the old brand with a new vigour in a pleasantly surprising manner. The alignment of the students – wanting to be seen as adopting a cool, new, superior experience of ADAPTIVE Prep – is a must to solve the purpose. d. Target Audience Per-final/final year college going students e. Mandatories: Website address, MBAGuru logo & Tagline, MBAGuru Colours – as in the attached reference designs of posters and brochure f. Inputs on Design Should be more visual; less text; design has to cool and simple – like an i-Pad or an I-phone TIMELINES: We want you to send in your poster design and estimates by 10th April EOD. Once empanelled: Overall Delivery Timelines: 6-8 weeks. Interim/item-wise Timelines to be discussed later.
