Customize and adapt existing code

We are in need of a coder to make modifications to our existing platform. It is a social network platform built with PHP. It is based on a "white label" social network platform called Sngine V2 (purchased from Codecanyon). [login to view URL] is effectively an online community for entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs create profiles to interact with each other as well as creating a page for their "SME" (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise)/Business. At the moment the platform looks too similar to Facebook. We need the following changes made to take the first step towards making our platform unique : 1) Cosmetic Changes: -Landing page-> Our SME4me logo instead of just SME4me written in red writing. >All buttons on landing page-> Navy Blue with white writing -> More transparency on the middle block to look cleaner. -General page design once logged in -> layout: We want a white top pane with blue icons instead of what it is at the moment which is Navy Blue with white icons. > Where SME4me is written at the moment, we need our Logo inserted. > The Background for all aspects of the website needs to be changed to the same image as currently on the landing page (Ping Pong table with whiteboard in background) 2) Structural Changes: -Please change all references of "Pages" to"SME Pages". e.g. instead of "Create a page" -> change to "Create an SME Page". -A section of the site that lists all SMEs/Businesses (At the moment the platform refers to these as "Pages".) We effectively want a directory for the SMEs- so that you can see all the SMEs listed on the platform in one place. This part of the site must be called "SME Pages". It must display a list of all SMEs. A thumbnail of the SMEs profile picture as well as the name of the SME Page/Business and key info (e.g BlitzMilk, Consumer Products). -We also need a page that lists all PEOPLE/users ->Profile pic plus key info (e.g Founder of BlitzMilk. Cape Town etc). This must be called "People". -For these last two features (SMEs and People) we need easily visible links to these sections of the platform. Icons can be added to the top pane to achieve this. Follow the link: [login to view URL] and sign up to have a look through the platform and get a feel for what this project will involve. Once a Coder has been selected for the job I will put you in touch with the developer on our team who has access to all the source code etc. I will also give you access to our Logos and other images that may be needed. I am looking for someone that me and my team can communicate with closely throughout the process and guide and review the work as he/she progresses through the changes. I am looking for someone that can assist with similar future projects if I am happy with the results of this project.
