Creation of Conference Badge, Program Guide, EJournal, and Resource Guide

We have an upcoming medical conference this October and we need professional material created for our attendees. This would include a graphic cover for our program guide, a graphic cover of our eJournal, a graphic and name implementation for our Conference badge for each attendee. They are all 8.5x11 except for the badge which is 3x4 inches. Our material must be professional looking. I need specific examples of the above to consider you for the job. If you communicate quickly it is a plus. The conference guide will be for a bound journal and the eJournal and resource guide will for online purposes.
