Hi I am an experienced designer having expertise in vector 3d logo design. I have checked attached image and I can recreate the same in illustrator. I will try my best to replicate it in vector as much as possible. This image is actually rendered by psd mock-up template that is commonly used in these days. So this 3d is just image distortion to add some perspective and reflections and other effects are few other photoshop trick. Replicating that in vector is time consuming and that's the reason I have placed the most reasonable bid. Please note that vector rendering of the same will be static and as you said that you want the exact same replica and few other possible tweaks/options for client which can be done but I wont be able to make angular changes.
