Create dynamic recommendation slots, emails and popups based on design sketch (Nosto.com)

The recommendation slots are activated on our site ([login to view URL]), but I have made a new design and need help implementing this. I have also made some popups from the [login to view URL] control panel. They need some CSS fixing to work flawlessly on all devices. [login to view URL] has built in features to send "abandoned cart" emails and "we miss you" emails. I have made the design, but need help creating this using HTML/CSS and integrating the recommendation slots and the cart content. (see the sketches).
