Create checkout website, design provided

I am looking for a website, it is mostly a checkout page, i have a mockup page (or we can use this template i made myself), but it must be fully functional. It won't require any Paypal / credit card purchases or any instant payment system. I will explain further once i find people who are interested. One thing i require is that, i want it to update messages real time without users refreshing page. For example, if i update the php table "message" to "hello there", it must change the status to "hello there", thanks! I'd like to keep this project private of course, so no sharing it!
