Corel/Adobe typesetting - simple project

We need someone to typeset some simple layouts for signs in EPS vector format usign corel draw or adobe illustrator. see this image: [login to view URL] You will need to type in the black text on the lower half of each of approx. 300 designs - each design has 1 to 3 lines of text. We will supply eps files for the top half of the sign. As a finished product, we need 300 EPS files and 300 jpg images approx 200x150 pixels. Files will be named the same as the text appearing on the sign - for example "caution_men_working.eps" and "caution_men_working.jpg" We are hoping for fast turnaround on this project.
