Convert TIFF graphic to SVG file

I am a Photoshop expert. I have 2 years+ experience on Photoshop.I did this kind of work before. I read you description and see your attachment. I can do it. SO I have interest to work on your this project. I will remove background of image and make it transparent background. I would love to do this one RIGHT NOW using excellent pen tool skills that I have. I will convert the TIFF graphic to SVG file as you want. I proved that I read your description and I can do this.
