CMC Kiosk Front-End Interface

I need a custom interface designed for my company Cash-My-Check. Cash-My-Check (CMC) is an automated check-cashing machine with the capabilities of check cashing, ATM, bill payment and electronic money order. Cash-My-Check (CMC) is a self-service check-cashing machine that provides real time check verification for payroll, personal and corporate checks. Users will experience a Speedy Transaction Time when using the CMC machine. For first time users, it will take 70 seconds to enroll and for a repeat transaction it will take approximately 27 seconds. I have attached some samples of exactly what I need... [login to view URL] Upon entering a CMC (Cash-my-check) Kiosk a user will experience these steps for check cashing: Check Cashing Prompt: 1. Touch Screen to Start 2. Prompt for English or Spanish 3. Customer will choose: Cash-My-Check 4. Kiosk will ask the customer if he/she used this service before? Yes or No (if not the customer will have to register before performing that particular function). (A) If, Customer has used function before the system will prompt for fingerprint. (B) If not, customer will have to input SSN, Scan Drivers License and enroll fingerprint. 5. Customer will sign the back of the check and scan the check on check scanner. 6. Customer waits while system verifies the check 7. System will approve or decline the check (A) If check is declined, the kiosk will return the check and session ends. (B) If check is approved, the customer will have the option to perform additional services (i.e. Bill Pay or ATM). 8. If no other service is needed the system will cash the check and load it to a prepaid debit card. 9. Last Step - Screen should say: Thank You ATM Prompt: 1. Touch Screen to Start 2. Prompt for English or Spanish 3. Customer will choose: ATM 4. Customer enters PIN 5. Customer selects Checking or Savings 5. System will give the option to Withdraw Cash or Display Balance. (A) If customer selects withdraw cash the system will display the following amounts fast cash amounts: $20, $40, $60, $80, $100 or any amount up to $200. 6. Kiosk dispenses cash and receipt. 7. Last Step - Screen should say: Thank You Bill Pay Prompt: 1. Touch Screen to Start 2. Prompt for English or Spanish 3. Customer will choose: Bill Pay 4. Customer select biller 5.
