Hello, I would like to build a web based home inspection (website) software using the LAMP stack, javascript, and bootstrap 3 for the front end. This web site would basically have the same functionality www.reporthost.com. User would be able to log in, create a home inspection either from a computer of a mobile phone. Add concerns as necessary. Upload pictures. pictures will be stored in AWS s3. Pictures must be optimized and reduced to 20kb maximum before storing on the S3 server. Once the user publishes the home inspection, it must printed to a pdf and look good as a pdf. Please before bidding, go create an account at reporthost and play with the software so you know what you are getting in to. There is too much to mention here, you will basically be creating a web app with the same functionality as reporthost.com. This is a long term opportunity, the freelancer must be available to make changes and software updates as needed.

In the bid amount , I can provide the website version , android application , ios application with one year support .
