Build a Website with AngularJS

Our company is called Crowdvenience and we are launching an exciting new crowdsourced delivery app. We require a mobile responsive website designed with AngularJS with login integration from firebase and associated integrations with Twillio and mailchimp. The website files/package must work with Hostpapa, cpanel server and the source files should be saved to a private Git repository with access given to us. The pages we require include: a. A landing Page, i. To display who we are, what the app can do, features and benefits, twillio download integration, integrate short video in background and explainer video, b. SSO from Firebase database for logins (a demo firebase database can be used for the integrations), c. Help page with: i. User friendly and stylish FAQ with a search bar, d. Contact Us page: i. Provide direct links/ message section that integrates with our social media pages (FB, TW, linkedin, google+) ii. Including a responsive form that will send the company an email and have captcha, iii. Form sections include: name, email, subject, description, e. Follow us sections on each page: to allow social media following on Tw, FB, linkedin or newsletter subscription (mailchimp), f. A Dispute resolution page which has an information section and a dispute resolution interactive flow through (using buttons).The interactive flow through should be a dynamic/interactive flow (like following a flow chart but interactively with buttons) culminating in an absolute last resort dispute form if a solution cannot be obtained. For detail on the dispute section solutions can be provided at a later date. It should also include the following: i. The inclusion of adding attachments (pictures, pdf, word etc) to the dispute form. ii. Access restricted to registered users only (from firebase), iii. Form sections include: auto-filled username, name and email from firebase login, date of order dispute, dispute reason (from a drop down box), dispute details, supporting documents/attachments, 1. Dispute reasons: driver no show, customer no show, unacceptable item condition, wrong item, other iv. On submit all this data is sent to the disputes email address g. Twillio integration for immediate download sms link, build into front landing page. i. An example is here: [login to view URL] h. A terms and conditions page (link in footer) i. An integrated widget which shows our app and positive reviews (similar to: [login to view URL]) i. Possibly the inclusion of a: review our app section form (name, rating (5 stars), comment), j. All pages should be well presented, mobile responsive, bug free and include different effects such as smooth scroll, fade in/out transitions etc. 2. We will provide logo files, basic iconography, and a branding presentation. 3. Applicants should be able to demonstration coding ability with previous work and provide a rough outline of how they can complete the project and an example of what they envisage it will look like.
