Build a Website 3 pages with XML congiguration & responsive

We are currently creating a new web site for our business and the current team is over loaded. I need to complete fast the new support pages for our web site. This is a separate site so no problem to not match code or style or CSS. This is a small project and need this fast. The support portal will mainly have 3 pages. In fact 5 but 2 of them are just link to external services. One main page. One page to display and download documents structured with a XML file. One page to display a structured page of thumbnail videos that can be loaded also configurable with a XML file. Video are will be embedded from Vimeo. In my attachement you have the design and information to evaluate the project. I am proposing some XML structure BUT I'm not a expert so feel free to change it. In fact I need this site to be easy for me to add new documents or new video links. Please review the document and only apply if you can do this quickly it is rush. Regards, David
