Build a Website

I'm looking for someone that can create a vision of mine I've had for a while, that is LONG overdue. I need a "3D Layer Slider" Like this one: [login to view URL] But this isn't for wordpress. 5 visible sides, or near 8 if possible with the navigation arrows on the far sides. (slightly larger navigation arrows as well so customers do not get confused as much) But a bit wider for a better view of our videos. I would like this slider to hover over the main background of my site cypherbeats.com. Most likely will be removing the video background due to lag. I'm a music producer not a coder or designer so this is very difficult for me. I want people to feel as if the main content is hovering in the air or over the world. -Inside these slides I would like to embed individual youtube playlists of our music. Each slide containing a different genre of instrumentals (playlists). I'm also wondering if it were possible to add a hovering png title over each slide as well. "Hip-Hop" Pop" Rnb" ect.. Our customers would then be able to easily gilde through our showcase of options. I've had this idea for a long time with very little success and would be beyond grateful if anyone out there could make it happen.
