Build a Website

I need an existing (old) website recreated in wordpress using a template I have already purchased from Themeco called 'X Theme'. Main goals are: 1. Generate quality leads 2. Improve user experience 3. Update the design Most of the content and media images can be copied from the old website to the new one. (No copywriting required.) I am a graphic designer who HATES the website set up process ... I'd like to save time by having someone else do this for me. (I know it's easy, it just bores me to tears). I don't need any bells or whistles, I just want a very basic, clean and minimal design layout. Ideally, I would like someone to analyse the current site and then set up the new site to function better with a more user friendly layout and simplified design. I also want someone to optimise the wordpress settings, media settings etc so that the site itself functions better (SEO, UX) as this is not my area of expertise. Once the general setup, media / content transfer and layout has been done, I will take it back and make the final design tweaks and copy optimisation myself. I can provide a brief if required, just getting an idea of cost first and trying to find the right person for the job :)
