Build a Transport Website by using Archive Content

Hi PLEASE DO NOT BID UNTIL YOU READ THE PROJECT FILE We need to build a wordpress website by using the archive content. The project details are in the project file. The person we will hire must do the followings 1. use one of the themes from [login to view URL] . We will provide the theme to the selected developer. Or if they want to use their own theme which is suited for the website, we are happy to accept it ( with no cost) 2.
